From Photos to Paintings - Landscape Painting Class at Callanwolde.
Have you ever wanted to recreate your great landscape photos into paintings, but had trouble finding a starting point… then this workshop is for you! Bring in those photos and let's get started. This class will examine the many issues you encounter in landscape painting, and help you resolve them. Design, perspective and color mixing will be discussed as we construct and paint effective compositions from your own photographs. Class room demonstrations as well as one-on-one instruction will be provided. Appropriate for all levels; beginners welcome. You may use oil or acrylic.
